Today on EZ Rock we talked about the whole David Letterman thing, and I said “truth makes you bulletproof”, and it is so true!
If you’ve got a secret that *you* feel bad about, you’ve got a magnet for drama.
If you’ve come to personal acceptance AND are willing to even admit things out loud, you’ve got a strength, and a power that can repel low vibration attacks of all kinds. There is nothing anyone could say or do that can bother you once you’ve accepted and admitted it all.
We don’t always need to speak our truth out loud, but we do always need to embrace it about ourselves. Anything you could more fully embrace about you? Anything you need to state out loud? Anything that’s taking a lot of your energy to deny/ignore?
You can save yourself a lot of trouble AND invest in yourself from this moment forward by telling the truth.
