Imagination is the most important tool we have for getting from where we are to somewhere new. The boldness of the “somewhere new” you create for yourself is going to depend on the boldness of your imagination.
How much have you been using your imagination muscle?
It’s easy and comfortable to not use your imagination muscle too much, just barely managing to imagine days pretty much like all our days, ho hum, another day, another set of expected events. BOR-ING! Little learning, little growth, little change.
It’s fun and enlivening to stretch our imagination:
What would be incredible if there were no limits?
What is something that you’d love to see happen, even if your rational mind tells you it is impossible?
If you were writing a fairy tale story of your life, what would it be?
What do you suspect may be possible for you to be, do, achieve?
What if it *is* possible?
The more detailed, real and often you can build the image in your imagination (image-in-ation), the more you’ll be inserting that image into your brain and subconscious, and the more you’ll be creating a real set of circumstances from your brain’s perspective.
Your brain and whole self will then set processes in motion to make it *really* real. Enjoy the ride!
