It’s been a challenging month. Although that can be uncomfortable, I am very grateful for it as well, as I know this means growth.
I’ve been hearing of many people going through “growing pains” right now, as we also see reflected in events in our society at the moment.
Like anything in life, we slow ourselves down unnecessarily when we judge and attach. If you want to navigate a rocky stretch of the river with minimal bumps and bruises, you need to stay present, focused on the now…Not worrying about the rocks behind you or ahead of you. And, certainly not wasting your time analyzing, complaining or explaining about past rock-encounters. Those attachments keep us small.
It’s exciting, what’s going on in my river and where it seems to taking me. I’m done putting on the brakes…I’m ready for the ride!
